Flat-hunting in Cornwall: round two

I feel somewhat better this morning than I did last night when I found out that my chosen flat wasn’t going to be mine after all. I had already booked a removal van! It was one of those moments when I wished I wasn’t doing this on my own.

However, in the light of day, things aren’t so bad. There is still time to do another flat-hunting session and I have agreed with my manager that I can bring my leave forward to next week. I will benefit from greater experience and knowledge of the market this time round and be able to do things a little differently. And I should be able to get another surfing session in :-)

To try to avoid the problems I had last time

And I will remember that until I’ve put money down, the flat isn’t mine.

Stumble it!

Good plan, I think you should also do some research and look at some property on websites - so that you can see what the specs are and what they are worth.
