Lonely

I am waiting to hear about a flat. I told the agents I was interested yesterday afternoon but it is more than 24 hours later and I have heard nothing yet. This is a bad sign.

Today has been a lonely day. I am running out of time to find somewhere to live and my confidence is at a low ebb. I am having doubts about setting up my own business - will my ideas work in the real world? And what makes me think I can do this on my own anyway?

I suppose this is a taster of what I might go through in the future. It is certainly going to be lonely sometimes and difficult when you don’t have someone to bounce ideas off, share the good experiences with and commiserate when things go wrong.
