Leaving do’s

Finally I’ve managed to cobble together an effort to organise a work leaving do, with just over two weeks to go. There must be a psychological reason why I’ve left this so late.

As for a personal leaving do, I feel that I ought to have one but I will have that awkward situation of having different groups of friends at the same event and people not always mingling very well. A shared activity usually helps, rather than sitting around drinking. However, I can’t really see myself organising a game of rounders at my leaving do.

Still, as a friend pointed out to me the other day, unless you give your London friends about two months notice nobody will be able to make it anyway!
